SHACMAN X3000 Concrete Mixer Truck is a heavy-duty special-purpose construction vehicle designed for ready-mixed concrete transportation between batching plants and construction sites. It combines the SHACMAN X3000 heavy-duty chassis with a high-strength wear-resistant mixing drum, hydraulic drive system, hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, reducer, feeding hopper, discharge chute, water-cleaning system and reinforced mixer subframe. The X3000 concrete mixer platform is available in 6×4 and 8×4 configurations. Official SHACMAN configurations support Weichai and Cummins diesel engines with approximately 300–420PS power, 10–12L displacement and up to approximately 2,100N·m torque. FAST 10-speed or 12-speed manual transmissions, MAN technology heavy-duty axles and reinforced frames provide a durable powertrain and chassis structure for loaded concrete transportation. Different mixer superstructures can be configured according to chassis and project requirements, including approximately 8CBM, 10CBM, 12CBM, 14CBM and 16CBM mixing capacities. The 6×4 X3000 platform is suitable for mixer bodies up to approximately 10CBM, while 8×4 chassis configurations are suitable for larger-capacity applications. High-strength wear-resistant drum shells and spiral mixing blades provide continuous concrete agitation during transportation, while the hydraulic system provides smooth drum rotation for loading, mixing and discharge operations.
