SHACMAN M3000 Concrete Mixer Truck is a medium- and heavy-duty construction vehicle designed for transporting ready-mixed concrete from batching plants to construction sites while continuously agitating the concrete during transportation. The vehicle combines the SHACMAN M3000 chassis with a high-strength concrete mixing drum, hydraulic drive system, hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, reducer, feeding hopper, discharge chute, water system and reinforced mixer subframe. The SHACMAN M3000 platform is part of SHACMAN's international heavy-truck product family and is available for special-purpose vehicle applications. Common mixer configurations can be equipped with Weichai or Cummins diesel engines, FAST manual transmissions and heavy-duty drive axles. 300HP, 340HP, 375HP and 380HP power configurations are suitable for different concrete loads, road conditions and operating requirements. The M3000 concrete mixer can be configured with 6×4 or 8×4 chassis layouts and approximately 8CBM, 10CBM, 12CBM and 14CBM mixer capacities. The high-strength mixer drum uses internal spiral mixing blades to maintain concrete uniformity during transportation, while the hydrostatic hydraulic drive system provides smooth drum rotation for feeding, mixing and discharge operations.
