SHACMAN F3000 Sewage Suction Truck is a heavy-duty vacuum tanker designed for municipal sewage collection, septic tank cleaning, sludge removal, industrial wastewater transportation and construction-site sanitation. The vehicle combines a durable SHACMAN F3000 heavy-duty chassis with a sealed vacuum tank, high-performance vacuum pump, large-diameter suction pipeline, hydraulic tank lifting system and hydraulic rear door for efficient collection, transportation and discharge of liquid and semi-liquid waste. SHACMAN F3000 sewage suction trucks are available with 6×4 and 8×4 chassis configurations. Engine options include approximately 300HP, 340HP, 375HP, 380HP, 400HP and 420HP, while sewage tank capacities of approximately 12CBM, 15CBM, 18CBM, 20CBM, 25CBM and 30CBM can be selected according to chassis capacity, road conditions and operating requirements. The PTO-driven vacuum system generates strong negative pressure inside the sealed tank, allowing sewage, sludge, septic waste and sediment-containing wastewater to be collected through a large-diameter suction hose. Hydraulic tank lifting and a hydraulically operated rear door provide efficient discharge of accumulated sludge and sediment. Vacuum pump type, suction depth, tank material, tank thickness, hose diameter, suction boom, discharge system and auxiliary cleaning equipment can be customized.

Tank capacities from approximately 12CBM to 30CBM provide strong sewage handling capacity for medium- and heavy-duty applications. 12–20CBM configurations provide a practical balance between capacity and maneuverability, while 20–30CBM 8×4 versions are suitable for high-volume municipal, industrial, mining and construction projects. The PTO-driven vacuum pump generates strong negative pressure inside the sealed tank, allowing sewage, septic waste, sludge and semi-liquid material to be collected through a large-diameter suction hose. High-capacity vacuum pump configurations can be selected for larger tanks and operations requiring faster suction performance. A maximum suction depth of approximately 6–9 meters allows the vehicle to service underground septic tanks, sewage pits, drainage structures and other below-ground collection points. Heavy-duty 100–150mm suction hoses provide good flow capacity for sludge and sediment-containing sewage. The hydraulic lifting tank and hydraulically operated rear door provide efficient unloading. For sludge and sediment that cannot be completely discharged through the outlet valve, the rear door can be opened and the tank raised hydraulically to discharge accumulated material directly. Anti-overflow protection, vacuum gauges, oil-water separators and gas-water separators help protect the vacuum pump and improve system reliability. High-level alarms, electronic liquid-level indicators and monitoring cameras can be selected for additional operational control. Carbon-steel tanks provide strong durability and cost efficiency for general sewage applications, while high-strength steel, stainless steel and anti-corrosion coatings can be selected for projects requiring greater corrosion resistance and service life. Left-hand-drive and right-hand-drive configurations are available for different export markets.
