SHACMAN F3000 Concrete Mixer Truck is a heavy-duty construction vehicle designed for transporting ready-mixed concrete from batching plants to construction sites while continuously agitating the concrete during transportation. It combines the proven SHACMAN F3000 engineering-truck chassis with a high-strength concrete mixing drum, hydraulic drive system, hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, reducer, feeding hopper, discharge chute, water system and reinforced mixer subframe. The F3000 platform is designed for demanding engineering and heavy-load applications and is available with Weichai or Cummins diesel engines, FAST manual transmissions and heavy-duty MAN technology axles. Common mixer-truck power configurations include 340HP, 375HP, 380HP, 400HP and 420HP, with 6×4 and 8×4 chassis options available for different concrete transportation requirements. SHACMAN's F3000 heavy-duty platforms support 10–12L engines, Euro II–Euro V configurations and heavy-duty driveline systems suitable for engineering applications. Different mixer superstructures can be configured with approximately 8CBM, 10CBM, 12CBM, 14CBM and 16CBM capacities. The mixer drum uses high-strength wear-resistant steel and internal spiral blades to maintain concrete uniformity during transport. The hydrostatic hydraulic drive system provides smooth and adjustable drum rotation during feeding, transportation and discharge, while the reinforced chassis and mixer subframe provide stable support for frequent loaded operation.
