FAW Jiefang Sewage Suction Truck is a professional vacuum tanker designed for collecting, transporting and discharging sewage, septic waste, sludge, wastewater and sediment-containing liquid waste. The vehicle combines a reliable FAW Jiefang commercial chassis with a sealed vacuum tank, high-performance vacuum pump, large-diameter suction pipeline, hydraulic tank lifting system and rear opening structure for efficient municipal, industrial and construction-site sewage operations. FAW Jiefang sewage suction trucks are available with 4×2, 6×4 and 8×4 chassis configurations. Engine options include approximately 180HP, 220HP, 260HP, 320HP, 350HP and 390HP, while sewage tank capacities of approximately 8CBM, 10CBM, 12CBM, 15CBM, 18CBM, 20CBM and 25CBM can be selected according to chassis capacity, road conditions and operating requirements. The PTO-driven vacuum system generates negative pressure inside the sealed tank, allowing sewage, septic waste and sludge to be collected through a large-diameter suction hose. Hydraulic tank lifting and a hydraulically operated rear door can be configured for efficient discharge of sediment and high-viscosity sludge. Vacuum pump type, tank material, tank thickness, suction depth, hose diameter, cleaning equipment and discharge system can be customized.

Tank capacities from approximately 8CBM to 25CBM allow the vehicle to cover medium- and heavy-duty sewage collection requirements. Smaller 8–12CBM configurations provide good maneuverability for urban sanitation and residential projects, while larger 15–25CBM versions provide higher transport efficiency for municipal, industrial, mining and construction applications. The PTO-driven vacuum pump generates strong negative pressure inside the sealed tank, allowing sewage, sludge and semi-liquid waste to be collected through a large-diameter suction hose. Rotary vane and water-ring vacuum pumps can be selected according to tank size, operating conditions and required suction performance. A maximum suction depth of approximately 6–8 meters allows the truck to work with underground septic tanks, sewage pits, drainage structures and other below-ground collection points. Large-diameter 100–150mm suction hoses improve the handling of sludge and sediment-containing sewage. Hydraulic tank lifting and a hydraulically operated rear door provide efficient discharge of sludge and sediment. The tank can be raised after the rear door is opened, helping remove settled material more completely and simplifying internal cleaning after operation. Anti-overflow devices, vacuum gauges, oil-water separators and gas-water separators help protect the vacuum system during operation. Optional high-level alarms, electronic liquid-level indicators and monitoring equipment provide additional operational control. Carbon-steel tanks provide an economical and durable solution for general sewage applications, while high-strength steel, stainless steel and internal anti-corrosion coatings can be selected for projects requiring improved durability or corrosion resistance. Left-hand-drive and right-hand-drive configurations are available for different export markets.
