FAW Jiefang Concrete Mixer Truck is a heavy-duty construction vehicle designed for transporting ready-mixed concrete from batching plants to construction sites while continuously agitating the concrete during transportation. The vehicle combines the durable FAW Jiefang J6P or JH6 chassis with a high-strength mixing drum, hydraulic drive system, reducer, hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, feeding hopper, discharge chute, water system and reinforced mixer subframe. FAW officially offers J6P concrete mixer trucks in 6×4 configuration and J6P / JH6 mixer platforms in 8×4 configuration, providing suitable chassis options for medium- and heavy-duty concrete transportation. The J6P platform supports CA6DL2-series engines with power covering approximately 280–375PS, while higher-power J6P and JH6 chassis configurations are available for large-capacity mixer applications. Different FAW Jiefang concrete mixer configurations can be supplied with approximately 280HP, 350HP, 375HP, 390HP and 420HP power options, 6×4 or 8×4 chassis layouts and approximately 6–16CBM mixer capacities. The high-strength mixer drum and internal spiral blades maintain concrete uniformity during transport, while the hydraulic drive system provides smooth drum rotation for loading, mixing and discharge operations.
