Dongfeng Tianlong Water Tanker Truck is a heavy-duty water transportation vehicle designed for mining operations, construction projects, road engineering, industrial sites, municipal services, agriculture and remote-area water supply. The vehicle combines a durable Dongfeng Tianlong heavy-duty chassis with a reinforced large-capacity water tank, PTO-driven water pump, piping system, valves and filling/discharge equipment for reliable bulk-water transportation under demanding operating conditions. The truck can be supplied as a pure water tanker for water loading, transportation and discharge, or equipped with an optional water sprinkler system for mine-road dust suppression, construction-site dust control, road watering, municipal cleaning and landscape irrigation. Customers can select the sprinkler equipment according to their actual project requirements without changing the basic tanker structure. Dongfeng Tianlong water tanker trucks are mainly available with 6×4 and 8×4 heavy-duty chassis configurations. Engine options include approximately 260HP, 290HP, 340HP and 375HP, while water tank capacities of approximately 15CBM, 20CBM, 25CBM and 30CBM can be configured according to chassis payload, operating environment and local regulations. - Dongfeng Tianlong Water Tanker Truck combines a heavy-duty Dongfeng chassis with a large-capacity water tank for demanding mining, construction, industrial and municipal applications. 260HP, 290HP, 340HP and 375HP engine options provide strong power for loaded transportation on highways, construction roads, mining roads and other challenging operating environments. 6×4 and 8×4 chassis configurations are suitable for medium- and high-volume water transportation. Approximately 15–25CBM tanks can be configured on common 6×4 platforms, while 8×4 chassis can support approximately 20–30CBM configurations for projects requiring greater water capacity. The vehicle can be supplied as a pure water tanker, focusing on efficient water loading, transportation and discharge without unnecessary spraying equipment. This configuration is suitable for mining camps, construction sites, industrial facilities, agricultural projects and remote areas requiring reliable bulk-water delivery. For mining, road construction and municipal customers, a complete water sprinkler system can be added as an option. Front sprinklers, rear sprinklers, side sprays, duckbill nozzles, road-flushing nozzles and rear water cannons can be configured for road watering, mine-road dust suppression and construction-site dust control. The PTO-driven self-priming centrifugal water pump allows the truck to draw water from ponds, reservoirs, water storage tanks and other external sources. Pump discharge and gravity discharge provide flexible water delivery even in areas with limited fixed water-supply infrastructure. Multiple internal anti-wave baffles reduce water surge inside the tank during acceleration, braking and cornering, improving loaded vehicle stability. Reinforced tank supports and a dedicated tanker subframe provide reliable structural support for repeated heavy-duty operation. Carbon-steel tanks provide a cost-effective solution for mining, construction and general industrial water transportation, while stainless-steel tanks can be selected for applications requiring improved corrosion resistance or cleaner water-storage conditions.
