Dongfeng Sewage Suction Truck is a professional vacuum tanker designed for sewage collection, septic tank cleaning, sludge removal, wastewater transportation and municipal sanitation work. The vehicle combines a reliable Dongfeng commercial chassis with a sealed vacuum tank, high-performance vacuum pump, large-diameter suction pipeline, hydraulic lifting system and rear discharge structure for efficient collection and transportation of liquid and semi-liquid waste. Dongfeng sewage suction trucks are available with 4×2, 6×4 and 8×4 chassis configurations. Engine options include approximately 120HP, 140HP, 170HP, 190HP, 210HP, 260HP and 290HP, while sewage tank capacities of approximately 5CBM, 8CBM, 10CBM, 12CBM, 15CBM, 20CBM and 25CBM can be selected according to chassis capacity and operating requirements. The vacuum system generates negative pressure inside the sealed tank, allowing sewage, sludge, septic waste and sediment-containing wastewater to be sucked through a large-diameter hose. Hydraulic tank lifting and a hydraulically operated rear door can be configured for efficient discharge and easier removal of settled sludge. Vacuum pump type, suction depth, tank material, hose diameter, discharge system and cleaning equipment can be customized.

Compact 5–8CBM trucks are suitable for urban streets, residential communities and narrow working areas, while 10–15CBM models provide a practical balance between maneuverability and capacity. Larger 15–25CBM configurations are suitable for high-volume municipal, industrial and project applications. The PTO-driven vacuum pump generates strong negative pressure inside the sealed tank, allowing sewage, septic waste, sludge and sediment-containing wastewater to be collected through a large-diameter suction hose. Different pump capacities can be selected according to tank size, required suction speed and material characteristics. A suction depth of approximately 6–8 meters allows the vehicle to work with underground septic tanks, sewage pits, drainage systems and other below-ground structures. Large 100–150mm suction hoses improve the ability to handle sludge and semi-liquid waste. Hydraulic tank lifting and a hydraulically operated rear door provide efficient discharge, particularly when transporting sediment or high-viscosity sludge. The tank can be tilted after the rear door is opened, allowing accumulated material to be discharged more completely and simplifying internal cleaning. Anti-overflow protection, vacuum gauges, oil-water separators and gas-water separators help protect the vacuum pump and maintain stable operation. High-level alarms, electronic liquid-level indicators and additional monitoring equipment can also be configured. Carbon-steel tanks provide an economical and durable solution for general sewage applications, while high-strength steel, stainless steel and internal anti-corrosion coatings can be selected for customers requiring increased durability or corrosion resistance. Left-hand-drive and right-hand-drive configurations are available for different export markets.
